TeleScrubSM is the simple, web-based, user-friendly interface to the TeleBlock® platform that’s utilized for scrubbing calling data in real-time against a subscriber’s proprietary TeleBlock® database.
- Contains available federal, state, ported wireless, and in-house DNC data, as well as their allow/override data of EBRs and permission-based leads.
- Subscribers of the web-based TeleScrubSM application enjoy the same reliability and proven track record of TeleBlock® in a web-based environment.
- TeleScrubSM options allow users to: Scrub a bulk calling list file and Search individually record-by-record.
- On-line calling hour restrictions and state holiday resources.
- TeleBlock®'s extensive reporting capabilities empower TeleScrubSM users to effortlessly and effectively manage and track their DNC data. A standard feature, reports that allows the user to generate, view, search and download customized calling data via proprietary web portal. Call data is archived on-line and can be printed or saved locally as necessary. Some of the reporting options:
- General Reports and Graphs - Features general calling statistics such as total calls attempted, total calls allowed, total calls blocked and % blocked and accompanying pie charts
- Call Detail Reports - Features the actual time and date stamped CDR data by criteria such as originating number, called number, whether call allowed and blocked and, if blocked, "Why?" and calling campaign
- Call Summary Reports - Features call summary data itemized down to line/trunk and location level; basically a snapshot of a subscriber's system usage enterprise-wide for the specified time period
- Record Search - Features the ability to search a wide date range for a number dialed and easily respond to an audit
